Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions online for clients in Pennsylvania.
- Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning using evidence-based modalities.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using the MoodRx EMHR system.
- Develop personalized treatment plans supporting emotional growth, resilience, and healthy relationships.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards per MoodRx and state guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or social work from an accredited U.S. institution.
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience (5 years preferred).
- Experience working with diverse populations, including couples and families.
- Reliable internet connection and a private, secure workspace for telehealth sessions.
- Must carry professional malpractice liability insurance ($1M/$3M coverage).
- Individual NPI number and CAQH profile (we can assist if needed).
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience with Medicare clients or older adults is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
- $60 per 1-hour therapy session depending on qualifications and Medicare/Insurance reimbursements.
- Be willing and able to provide minimum 10 sessions per week using online virtual sessions using doxy.me.
- If you are willing to conduct some sessions in-person at our Wayne, PA location, please let us know when we contact you. In-person sessions are not a requirement.
