My psychotherapy philosophy is integrative, utilizing mindfulness and other DBT techniques with client-centered, emotion-focused, and solution-focused treatment strategies. I also use a holistic approach, helping clients w/ negative thinking patterns, manage anxiety & stress, heal from traumatic experiences, & focus on the individual needs of each client.
 
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I also work well with clients who have initially been resistant to counseling or those who have had difficulty within therapy sessions in the past. I am a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist, offering individual DBT skills in mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation & distress tolerance.
