Therapy Approach:

I work with Young Adults & Professionals pioneering the new terrains of independent life, Premarital & Seasoned Couples trying to steer their relationship out of the rocks, Mothers desiring to offload some of their unwanted childhood/ life-hood baggage that's meddling with the childhood experience they are trying to curate for their own children, Families going through transitions, desperately trying to hold it all together, and Christian individuals, couples and families seeking to have a Bible-centered therapeutic experience.
I have been working with couples since 2014 providing pre-marital counseling and have been counseling young adults, domestically and abroad, for over 10 years. Clinically, I have worked with individuals, couples and families dealing with anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, divorce, life transitions, grief and disorder management.
Whatever your situation or circumstance, I’m proud of you for wanting something better. I commend you for having the courage to reach out for help. I believe change is possible. I’d be honored to take this therapeutic journey with you. Let's connect.
