Therapy Approach:

I am licensed in NC, SC and VA. I hold tight to the experience and belief that we already have the answers within us. I want my clients to not only survive the things that challenge them the most, but to thrive and fall in love with their life. I love the process of supporting people in reconnecting to themselves, especially during times of life’s inevitable transitions. You may find yourself separating, becoming a parent, experiencing grief and loss, or beginning to shift your identity. Growth is never easy.

I believe we must face our fears, doubts, and pain with compassion. This allows us to look into the mirrors life presents us with to see ourselves clearly. My clients are often brilliant and motivated seekers. Over the last ten years, I have had the privilege to bear witness to people that have accomplished amazing things once they have clarity on goals.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ population and those experiencing trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety. My go to “approach” is to be human WITH you and hold space for all that you are experiencing. I feel that it’s an honor to hold that trust, and will not take it for granted. I can't wait to meet you and begin this life changing work together.
