Therapy Approach:

Are you not sure how to go about finding the right therapist, or have tried therapy before and it just didn't work out? I'm here to guide you through it all. My approach is very eclectic, out of the box and authentic, I'm definitely not a "textbook therapist." I will share my personal experiences, if I think it will help you to work through yours. We are all human, trying to navigate this world, with added pressures, trauma, negative thought processes, our upbringing, it can make things a lot more challenging and might feel like we are going crazy. You are not alone in this, I know it might feel like it, but once you reach out for help/support you will start to feel a little less alone. It's all about moving forward 1% at a time, there is no quick fix, trusting the process is key.

I'm here to show you how to trust the process, how to let go and break the rules, that the thoughts you assumed were serving you, are in reality weighing you down. I have 15+ years of professional experience and a lifetime of personal experiences involving ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma. I've done the work, so I can help you to do your own work.

You have nothing to lose, by giving one session a try, if it doesn't feel like a good fit, you can definitely keep exploring until you find a therapist you can truly connect with. Connecting with your therapist is very important, and once you do they can help guide you towards living the life you deserve.

We will focus on problem solving, dissecting situations, creating plans/systems, understanding boundaries, rewiring your brain, enhancing positive communication and much more. I love working with individuals, couples and families to build a stable foundation, going from barely functioning to living a full life.

Looking forward to working with, and getting to know you!
