Therapy Approach:

I emphasize the importance of holistic wellness to connect the body, mind, and spirit which allows my clients to achieve  their optimal level of  physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

I would describe my approach to be person-centered overall while seeing importance in being genuine, empathetic, and warm. My primary goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic space for each client.

When working with families and couples I utilize a systemic focus with the structural family therapy (SFT) model to  create/manage boundaries, assess relational patterns,  and emphasize on the value of connection among family members.
