believe that every individual possesses the strength and potential to work through life problems. I seek to
help my clients discover this potential and learn skills and strategies that will help them achieve their
goals through empowering my clients and providing them with conditions for personal growth.
At your discretion, you may terminate the counseling relationship at anytime. Please note that change is
hard and growth requires work, and each session will meet you where you are to enact this change.
Feelings of sadness, guilt, shame, happiness, or anxiety may surface during the course of the counseling
sessions. Please know that feelings are temporary and will be addressed and explored through our work
together.
