Therapy Approach:

Welcome, Tiffany here! I appreciate you considering therapy.

I take a holistic approach with the intention of connecting you with your goals, supporting you learning to break patterns and habits that no longer serve you, and to increase your daily feelings of happiness.

My clients seek healing from critical life transitions, trauma, anxiety, people-pleasing behaviors, and identity challenges. I also enjoy serving those experiencing burnout, and compassion fatigue, and those working in helping professions.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help remove negative thoughts, self-blame, manage boundaries, and change unhealthy thought patterns.

I use Solution Focused Therapy to help you discover a new way to approach situations that trigger your emotions. I use Person-Centered therapy to aid you in discovering autonomy and having more control of your own narrative.
