Accessibility Statement
Effective 2026-10-23 · MoodRx LLC
MoodRx LLC is committed to making moodrx.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to mental health information should not be gated by a disability.
Standard
We work to conform moodrx.com to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, including sight, hearing, motor, and cognitive differences.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML and clear heading hierarchy on every page.
- Visible focus indicators and full keyboard navigability.
- Alternative text on all meaningful images.
- Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG AA minimums.
- Form fields labeled explicitly and associated with their inputs.
- Mobile-first responsive layouts that reflow cleanly down to 360px wide.
- Respect for the user's
prefers-reduced-motionsystem preference. - No autoplaying video, no popups on first paint, and no scroll-jacking.
Assistive Technology
moodrx.com is designed to work with current versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) when used with modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If you encounter a page or feature that doesn't work with your assistive technology, we want to know.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Blog articles ported from a previous content management system may contain legacy markup that we are iteratively cleaning up.
- Third-party embedded content (such as insurance carrier logos linking to external member portals) is subject to the accessibility posture of those third parties, which we do not control.
Patient Portal and Clinical Services
Our patient portal (pm.moodrx.com) and the HIPAA-compliant video platform used for therapy sessions are separate systems. If you need an accommodation to use these systems, please let us know in advance by calling 863-320-2545. We will work with you to make reasonable accommodations.
Feedback
If you experience any accessibility barriers on moodrx.com, or if you need information from this site in an alternative format, please contact us by phone at 863-320-2545. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will respond within five business days.
Ongoing Review
We review and audit the accessibility of moodrx.com on a periodic basis as we add new content and features. This statement will be updated to reflect material changes to our accessibility practices.
