– We do not store credit card data; all transactions are securely processed through Stripe.
– Patient data is retained for seven (7) years, as required by law.
5. CCPA & COPPA Compliance
– California residents have the right to request access to their personal data, request deletion, and opt-out of data selling.
– We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
– We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age without parental consent.
– If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data without parental consent, we will delete such information immediately.

Users are not allowed to share their login credentials with any other person. Sharing credentials risks exposing Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII), which can lead to security breaches and violations of privacy regulations. Any unauthorized access resulting from credential sharing is the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Payment Policy
Fee Structure
– MOODRX LLC does not require subscriptions. Patients pay per session using direct pay methods, insurance, Medicare, or a combination of these.
– Fees paid for therapy sessions are non-refundable.
– A patient or their legal guardian (in the case of minors) is always liable for all session fees.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
– If a patient cancels their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or does not show up, they are personally liable for a $75 late cancellation or no-show fee.
– This fee cannot be charged to insurance or Medicare and must be paid directly by the patient.
Payment Due Date
– All patient payments are due prior to the appointment or at the time of the appointment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOODRX LLC and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Service.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us. If a resolution is not reached, any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Florida.
